How do I use the OEM/Competitor number cross-reference?

Pease type the OEM or competitor number into the search bar. If we have it cataloged, it will return results. Please note that OEM numbers are case-sensative and you must include dashes.

What are your Terms of Sale and Order Policies?

Please see the Sales Policy link at the bottom of the website page. This will give our complete set of current Sales Policies as well as Warranty and Return Policy information. If you have questions that are not answered there, please call Customer Service.

How do I place a bulk order?

You may obtain Bulk Pricing or place a Bulk Order through the site or by Order Express. Most items are available in bulk. Simply add the letter “B” to the end of the Auveco number and search. If you are in need of a bulk quote on larger quantity please contact Customer Service

How do I enter a drop ship location?

Durnig web checkout, you are able to add an address during the check out process. If you are uploading and order via Order Express, you will choose "custom" under your list of addresses. Boxes will apear to the right to enter in the new address.

Where can I view my orders and check status of my order?

You may view all your past or current orders through the My Account, Order/Invoice Tracking option on the website. These searches will give you information about your orders that are placed through the eCommerce site or by any other means into our system.You can also see order status and shipment tracking information here. For further assistance you may also call Customer Service during regular office hours.

How do I request a catalog?

You can order a catalog when you place your order, or call customer service (859) 341-6450 or 1-800-354-9816 and select option 1. A version of the printed catalog is available on the web site under the part number "CATALOGS"

How do I get a price quote?

Your customer pricing is already loaded onto the eCommerce site. If a price is missing, please contact your Customer Service Representative at (859) 341-6450 or 1-800-354-9816 and select option 1. You can also email us at mail@auveco.com.
