A note to our trusted business partners about the Coronavirus

We continue to remain open as an essential business but have decided to change our customer service hours to 8AM to 5PM EST.

We understand the COVID-19 pandemic has challenged every business and created unprecedented uncertainty. As we all direct intense focus to the health and safety of employees, we are also taking steps to insulate our businesses and continue supporting our customers. To that end, we wanted to update you about our operations.
Many states are issuing mandates that non-essential businesses close and workers stay home. State and Federal guidelines covering critical and life-sustaining businesses characterize Auveco as essential, and accordingly we intend to remain open. Working through our distribution partners, we support many customers and end markets that are considered critical infrastructure centers.
As communicated last week, we are taking aggressive actions to protect our employees and institute strict adherence to CDC guidelines for hygiene, cleanliness, and distancing. All our office staff is now working remotely and making every effort to maintain routine service levels. Additionally, we have worked closely with our manufacturing and supply chain partners to minimize or eliminate any supply disruptions.
We wish you all the very best as you navigate these difficult times and hope for continued health and safety for you, your families, and your employees.

We continue to monitor the rapidly changing developments of the coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic with a keen focus on the health and safety of our employees, customers, and vendors. As a trusted business partner, Auveco wants to assure you that we are taking proactive steps to enhance our safety standards as we continue to be responsive to your needs during this time.
While taking actions to minimize the number of people in our facility, Auveco is working to maintain normal operations and service levels. Company-wide, we are following CDC guidelines to increase cleanliness in our work environments and promote best practices for employee hygiene. Our teams are engaged and have been monitoring developments related to this issue, and we have been communicating relevant information to employees and modifying our practices to have a coordinated and effective response to this challenge.
We have asked most of our commercial team and customer service representatives to work from their homes during this situation. As we transition to this new working arrangement, we encourage customers to order online at www.auveco.com, by email, or by phone.
We appreciate your understanding as we navigate the complexities of these new operating boundaries and focus on protecting the health and well-being of our employees, business partners, and their families.
We thank you for your business and hope that everyone stays safe during these uncertain times.
